We're collecting the best stories in people operations and HR to share them with the world. The project is still being built, but if you have a story to tell, we'd love to hear it. We'll get back to you with next steps, and if it's a person or a story we'd like to feature, we'll work with you to share it as an inspiration to others.

Promoted openly. Once they're in, we share them: on the site, in stories, and through our video series. Good ideas should travel. The point is to make great HR easy to find and easy to copy.
From anyone. Submit your own workplace, or nominate one you admire. Anonymous if you want it that way. Every submission gets read.
We show the opposite, so the good kind is obvious.
To promote amazing People Operations and HR, we also want to highlight the opposite of what that is, with fun and engaging short-form content.
